ISO 9001:2000

The "Menadžer Kompanija" company has obtained the ISO 9001:2000 international standard certificate for the quality of its services in the reception, processing and commercial placement of advertisement information.

By introducing a new system of quality management, which is the basis for customer loyalty, the director and Management board of the company have been given a tool for successfully executing business strategies and further development plans.

The purpose of introducing this standard is to maintain and improve the efficiency of meeting expectations and needs of our clients, by becoming a part of the ISO 9001 world standardization system for service quality. All our employees will operate in accordance with the standardization certificate that we obtained.

The new quality system has also defined our objectives when it comes to our clients and other interested parties, as well as our responsibilities and duties at different organizational levels. The implementation of this standard also implied creating sets of rules for handling tasks, controlling and overseeing processes, and determining the requirements for data and information essential for formulating plans and making decisions. It also implies constant service analyses and improvement through customer support and feedback.
